Like many modern love stories (and all pandemic-era ones), ours began on Bumble—during Covid, no less. Romance was in the air… along with masks, hand sanitizer, and freezing temperatures. Our first dates featured outdoor bubble dining, socially distanced walks, and lots of “Can you hear me through this mask?”. We fell in love while bundled in coats, dodging germs, and realizing that if you can enjoy someone while shivering six feet apart, it might be something special. Eventually, Omeo became a part of our family, adding extra love, a little chaos, and a lot of tail wags! After waiting so patiently, he’s thrilled (and relieved) that his parents are finally tying the knot. Now, five years later, we’re so excited to finally be saying “I Do” (this time with no masks, no distance, and all of our loved ones there)! Omeo’s take: “I’ll be there for the vows, the photos, and most importantly… the snacks.”
