Who can I bring with me?

Answer

Guests are welcome to bring the people listed on their invitation. There is an age requirement of 13+. If you are unsure about who is included in your invitation you can search your name in the RSVP tab. The names we have accounted for are those who are invited. Plus ones will be labeled as 'Guest' on your envelope and in the RSVP tab.

Question

What time is the ceremony and dinner? What is for dinner?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm so please arrive 15-30 mins early. Dinner will be at around 6:30pm and will be pretty heavy with Mac N' Cheese topped with various BBQ meats and a fully loaded baked potato bar. There will also be a Caesar, and Green salad on the side. If there are any dietary restrictions please let me know!

What is a Mocktail hour?

Answer

We have decided to have an alcohol free wedding so instead of a 'cocktail hour' we will have a 'mocktail hour'. There will be mixed mocktails, lemonade, water, and iced tea available all night. Please do not bring any of your own alcohol onto the property as it will result in fees for the couple.

Where can I stay in Flagstaff

Answer

We are currently working on acquiring a hotel block for both the GreenTree Inn Flagstaff and the Courtyard by Marriott Flagstaff. There will soon be a travel page on this website where you can book.

Where is the venue (The Gardens at Viola's)?

Answer

The venue's located at the address: 610 S AZ-89A, Flagstaff, AZ 86005. If you are coming from the south of flagstaff, use exit 337 for Pulliam Airport. Take a left and go through the first roundabout and take the 89A south exit for the second. Travel south on 89A and Viola's will be on your right! If you are traveling from the GreenTree Inn Flagstaff, travel south on Beulah Blvd until the roundabouts. This route only needs to go through one roundabout and head straight through to go South on 89A. Viola's will be on your right!
