*All guests intending to use the shuttle service must RSVP for it on this website The shuttle is an option for those needing a ride from Atlanta, GA to the wedding venue in Madison, GA. You do not have to be a hotel guest to take the shuttle, you just have to meet there at the designated time. We ask all participating guests to please meet in the Hyatt's lobby no later than 2:40 PM to ensure timely shuttle load up and departure. The venue is about an hour away from Atlanta. The shuttle will depart at 3:00 PM sharp. We ask that everyone please be prompt.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Summer Garden Party Attire: light hues and fabrics, maxi/tea-length/sundresses or jumpsuits, floral prints, linen or light fabric suits, flats or low/ wedge heels. Dress for the summer weather!
The ceremony will be held in the venue's chapel. We ask all guests to please be on time as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM. A cocktail hour with heavy hors d'oeuvres will be held immediately after the ceremony and before the reception. Recording artist, Tinayeshe, will perform live during this time. Guests may feel free to roam the property and enjoy picturesque sites.
6:15 pm - 10:00 pm
We will gather in the garden to celebrate over a robust spread. Chef Robbee will grace us with the following offerings: Arugula berry salad Fried chicken Oxtail Peas n' rice Smoked gouda mac n' cheese Plantain Collard greens Peach cobbler Banana pudding Berry pies (*Artful Cakes by Julie) We invite everyone to stay for dancing (or relaxation)!

*All guests intending to use the shuttle service must RSVP for it on this website Shuttle service is not limited to those staying at the drop-off hotel. Anyone wishing to get a ride back to Atlanta after the wedding may RSVP for the shuttle. All guests (who arrived via the shuttle) wanting to return to Atlanta immediately after the wedding may take this shuttle. Guests will be returned to the original pick-up location.
