When should the room be booked by?

Answer

Please book your room by May 15st! When you reserve, you’ll be asked to put a $100-$450 deposit down (depending on what travel protection you pick.) You will be able to pay half of the price of booking will be due June 10th, and the remainder due Sept 28th if you choose the travel protection. Once our room block fills, additional rooms will require resort approval and may be subject to higher rates — so we highly recommend booking early.

Why book through the travel agency and room block?

Answer

Because this is a private wedding at an all-inclusive, we’ve secured special group rates/perks that are only available to guests who book within our block. Those guests will be included on the official resort guest list for wedding events. Booking in the block will ensure priority room assignments and protection if the resort oversells and guaranteed access to wedding events. Guests who book outside the block (like through Expedia) are not protected, may be relocated if the resort oversells, and could be required to purchase a wedding day pass (often $150+ per person) to attend. We’re so excited to celebrate with you, thank you for booking with our group! 💛

Traveling with children?

Children of any age are welcome to the resort! The link below will give you more info regarding the activities for children at the resort. https://www.garzablancaresort.com/los-cabos/resort/kids-club There is on-demand access to cribs, high chairs, bottle sterilizers, and strollers. Note that the rooftop pool is the only area that is "adults- only."
