How do I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP click the RSVP tab and type the name(s) listed on your invitation. You can also RSVP by texting Isabella Ricci at (315)368-5474!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We regretfully ask our guests to please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we have decided that our wedding will be an adult-only occasion.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 3:30pm to ensure you able to comfortably arrive on time. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will follow.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up for our big day. Dress to impress in your best cocktail/formal attire!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! You can see more information for our hotel blocks under the “Travel” tab. You can also contact Vernon Downs at (315) 829-3400 x1 to book your room. Just to be to say it’s for the Ricci/Phelps wedding!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Our Jack and Jill is scheduled on May 30th from 4-8pm at the Westmoreland Fire Station we hope you can attend! Tickets can be purchased from anyone in the bridal party or at the door! Be prepared to win some big prizes/baskets, play games, eat food and drink! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like!

Will there be fireworks?

Answer

Yes! There will be fireworks, horse racing and yard games! It’s definitely not the Fourth of July without fireworks!

Will you have an open or cash bar?

Answer

Drinks are on us, but the hangovers are on you! We will be having an open bar, so we better see you on the dance floor!

What is there to do at cocktail hour?

Answer

Cocktail hour will immediately follow after the ceremony we will meet you there! Grab a drink, mingle and play some yard games! Check out the corn hole area! Will you be Team Bride or Team Groom? (There’s only one right answer).

There is a designated parking lot in front of the hotel with plenty of spots on the property.
