If you are flying into the Bay Area, there are three great options. The most commonly visited is San Francisco International Airport (SFO), which is just a short trip across the San Mateo Bridge to the hotel accommodations. Further South, the Norman Y. Mineta Airport (SJC) is five minutes from downtown San Jose and 25 minutes from hotels. Lastly, Oakland International Airport (OAK) provides another landing spot within 30 minutes of the venue. Out of respect for our guests and those who may be immunocompromised, we ask that all of those attending are vaccinated against COVID-19. Safety is our top priority.
While we love your children, unless they are specifically included on your invite, we please ask that you make accommodations to leave them at home for the evening. Suite style hotels are available to manage families creating travel plans.
For the ceremony and reception, we ask that guests observe a "Formal-Cocktail" dress code.
In addition to standard ride share options (Uber & Lyft), a courtesy shuttle will be provided to several of the hotels listed in the "Accommodations" section. Shuttles will make several trips at the beginning and end of the evening.
