The hotel block runs from September 4–6, with flexible check-in and check-out available on any of those days. The cutoff date for booking is 8/6/2026 in order to receive the hotel block discount! If you book after this date, your room will not be at a discounted price.

Shuttle

Shuttle from the main hotel

A shuttle will be provided from The Delavan to The Brickhall. The shuttle will depart from the hotel at 4:25 PM. Return service to the hotel will be available after the reception
