Are the Ceremony & Reception at the same Place?

Answer

Yes! Both will be held at Healy Hollow in Taylor Ridge, IL. The Ceremony will be outside, and the reception will be inside with an outdoor patio available, as well.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to assure you don't miss anything. Please arrive no later than 3:45. This will also give you time to park and find your seat.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be present with us and for our amazing photographer to be able to capture the best pictures. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are opting for casual wedding attire! This may include sundresses for women and jeans and a nice shirt for men. Feel free to dress formal if you would like! Kindly steer clear of orange tones like terracotta and spice, along with white and cream. The ceremony will be held outside.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children who are invited. For those of you that will be bringing children, please be sure to watch them closely.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 12, 2025 by clicking on the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "Not Attending" so we can plan accordingly. We understand you may not be able to attend the ceremony due to it being on a Friday at 4p.m., but we would love to have you attend our reception if you can! When you fill out the RSVP it will have you RSVP for the ceremony and reception separately. Thank you!

Where do I stay?

Answer

If you are from out of town, we will have rooms blocked off at Stoney Creek in Moline for you to book! There are many hotels in the area if you prefer to stay somewhere else.
