What is the dress code?

Answer

Please dress in garden party semi-formal attire. We would like to see fun prints, soft colours, and light fabrics. Please see the dress code section if you need some inspiration. Ceremony will be outdoors so choose your clothing and footwear accordingly!

Are you having a hotel block?

Answer

No, we are not doing an official hotel block. We have an extremely limited number of rooms available at our venue so if you are hoping to stay on site please contact us directly. Otherwise, please see our travel page for a few other close by accommodation options.

Will the wedding be indoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, we will be having an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour. Our reception will be held indoors.

Can I bring a plus one? Can I bring my child?

This event is invite-only and with limited seating. If your guest is invited they will be named on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Can I post photos of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We are hoping to have a fully unplugged, phone free ceremony. Our wonderful photographer will have many great photos that will be published on social media. If you would like to take photos during cocktail hour and reception please feel free to do so! If you choose to post on social media please use #TheKolpeans so we can follow along! We kindly ask that you refrain from posting any photos of us.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes! There will be parking available on site at our venue, and vehicles may be left there overnight.

Yes, we will have an open bar to enjoy throughout the event.
