What is considered appropriate attire?

Answer

The attire for the ceremony/reception will be Formal (Black-Tie Optional): Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required. Please reference the following website when considering outfit options: https://www.brides.com/story/wedding-dress-code-explained

Will the wedding be outdoors?

UPDATE: Due to rain plans, both the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception to follow will be INDOORS.

How to get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

South Congress Hotel is located in the heart of Austin’s iconic SoCo district. Guests can easily arrive by rideshare, taxi, or personal car with valet parking is available on-site. The entrance to the ceremony will be inside the lobby to the hotel.

How much is parking?

Answer

There will be a discounted valet rate for our event of $20. We encourage all who plan to drink to find alternative forms of transportation such as Uber, Lyft, Fetii (Large 10-20 person rideshare app), or other means.

Please arrive to the venue at 5:00pm. The entrance is located inside of the hotel lobby near. Ceremony to begin promptly at 5:30pm.

How to book a room with us?

Answer

Guests can either book directly with the hotel's reservations department by calling 512.920.6405 and mention the KumelskiAlsad room block or book online with your booking code. To access the the booking code link, see the "Location" Tab on the our website and click the "View" link.
