We're getting married!

Andrew and Gabriella both were Kinesiology majors at Texas Lutheran University. During their freshman camp, all freshmen followed everyone on social media with the #TLU19 in their Twitter bios. In Fall '17, Gab would see Drew in the student center almost daily, but he would never look up at her. One day Gab decided to be bold and @ him on Twitter. (They've already followed each other!) He replied but didn't seem to get the hint of her sly way of trying to flirt. She went on to continue getting his attention by posting her Snapchat, hoping he would get the hint. He FINALLY "slid in the DMs". Their first date was going to the San Marcos Outlets in December 2017. The rest was history. They started their long distance journey in 2019 once Andrew began his first GA position in Oklahoma, and Gabriella started her Masters in Austin. The distance grew as far as North Carolina in 2021, but that did not stop each other. In 2022, Andrew was back in Texas! Andrew proposed October 15, 2023 on a cool Sunday night with just the two of them and Tony (Gab's fur-baby). It was truly a beautiful surprise! Here's to the beginning of forever!
