As of this year YES! The cruise line is only doing fully vaxxed cruises. But things could change in a year from now and I will let you know if anything changes!
If born in the US a birth certificate will work just as well as a passport!
Speaking from my own experience, you change ALOT throughout the day during a cruise. Essentials you will need are 2 Elegant night outfits and an extra for the wedding! Everything else can be casual summer wear!
