When people ask Daniel and Gaby: "How did you guys meet?" Throughout this time, an unspoken special bond between Gaby and Daniel lingered, marked by their deep care for each other. Whether spending time with friends, chatting at Gaby's house, or simply enjoying each other's company, their connection remained undeniable, although unexplored.

When Gaby moved to Tampa for work in 2014, Daniel felt the depth of his feelings. Despite not envisioning a romantic future at that time, he found himself expressing his admiration for Gaby at her farewell party, a memory that would echo in their hearts for the years to come. Fate brought Gaby back to Miami in 2015, where their bond deepened further. From the casual visits and outings; to Daniel caring for a sick Gaby with her favorite soup from Pollo Tropical, their friendship grew stronger. On a memorable night, during his birthday celebration, aided by a dash of "liquid courage," Daniel found the courage to reveal his true feelings. During some time apart for a vacation Daniel had taken back to their home country, Nicaragua, they came to fully comprehend their love for each other. Upon his return, their reunion was marked by a heartfelt exchange of their missed presence and an official "Te amo" for the first time. From then on, they began to build their life together, moving in together, navigating career changes, embarking on exciting travels, rescuing cats, and transforming a house into their warm, loving home. Each step in their journey was taken hand-in-hand, their bond growing stronger with each shared experience and memory made. One of their most memorable adventures was a month-long exploration of Italy in 2022. They experienced the splendors of the beautiful Italian cities, allowing spontaneity to guide half of their trip. The highlight, however, was a surprise from Daniel - a long weekend in a breathtaking chalet nestled in the mountains of Val di Vizze. As they sat on the chalet's terrace, wrapped in a blanket, overlooking the serene mountain vistas, Daniel proposed to Gaby, marking the beginning of their forever. And so, we gather to celebrate Gaby and Daniel. Their story has traversed the realms of friendship and blossomed into a beautiful love story.
