When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by December 15, 2024 to ensure we can make all the necessary arrangements for your attendance. Feel free to soft RSVP ahead of time, if you already know you won't be attending.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If your invitation includes the names of your children, they are most definitely invited. If their names are not listed, we kindly ask for adult guests to attend without children.

Can I bring a "+1"?

Answer

If you received a "+1', your guest's name will be listed on your invitation. Otherwise, we would love to keep the event intimate with only those invited.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The doors will open at 1:00 PM, and the ceremony will commence promptly at 1:30 PM. We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the ceremony to ensure you have ample time to find your seat and settle in.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail/formal attire for the ceremony and reception. Ladies can wear floor length, tea length, or midi dresses and gentlemen can wear a tuxedo/suit. Important Note: Our bridal party will be dressed in lovely shade of coral attire. We encourage you to embrace different colors and styles to add to the vibrant atmosphere of our celebration. This will help ensure that they stand out as our special guests of honor. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, for the ceremony, there is a convenient parking garage available for your use. For the reception, there will be parking right outside the venue, so you won't have to worry about finding a parking spot.

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors at The Cathedral of Christ the Light. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held indoors at The Palm Event Center.

Will there be a shuttle service to the reception venue?

Answer

A complimentary shuttle will be provided to transport guests. You are welcome to arrange your own transportation if preferred: BEFORE COCKTAIL HOUR: From Residence Inn Livermore to Palm Event Center FIRST SHUTTLE: 5:15PM Second Shuttle: 5:45PM AFTER RECEPTION FROM PALM EVENT CENTER TO RESIDENCE INN LIVERMORE THE FIRST SHUTTLE WILL LEAVE AT 10:00PM (Every 20 Min) WITH THE LAST SHUTTLE LEAVING AT 11:30PM
