The attire is garden party formal. We would love for our guests to dress as formally as possible! We recommend block heels for the ladies as the ceremony takes place by the water, and you will walk across grass.

Yes! Our wedding takes place at Walker's Landing, which is part of the Omni Amelia Island Resort. Please visit the travel page of the website for booking information. The room block expires on March 25th, so please book your accommodations before then.
Yes, the resort provides a shuttle service that will start running half an hour before the ceremony starts at 5 pm. There will be staff who will direct you to the shuttle pick-up site. ALL wedding guests will utilize our scheduled Omni Shuttles on the day of the wedding. Guests that are staying at the resort will head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick Up where the shuttles will take guests to Walkers Landing. No parking available at Walkers Landing. Trams will begin 30 minutes prior to ceremony start time and will continuously pick up guests every 15 minutes until the start of ceremony. Transportation will be provided at the end of the night back to your vehicles & hotel. Guests that are NOT staying on property - When they arrive at the security gate, they will reference “Pfeil & Simion Wedding” and then park in our parking garage located off Beach Walker Rd. Then they will head to the Conference Center Shuttle Pick Up where the shuttles will take guests to Walkers Landing. Any guests who are unable to take the shuttles due to injury or need to have their vehicle with them for personal reasons may drive to Walkers Landing. No more than 10 cars are suggested to park at Walkers Landing (vendors included).
When you RSVP to the welcome party and wedding events, there will be a question that prompts you to list any food allergies, sensitivities, or restrictions. We will accommodate these items to the best of your abilities.
Yes! The hotel and venue are located at a resort with many restaurants, a pool, and a beach just steps away. It is also located about ten to 15 minutes away from Downtown Fernandina Beach. The local downtown area has lots of restaurants, bars, mini golf, duckpin bowling, and more activities for the whole family to enjoy!
