Our story begins in August of 2023, when we first met while playing on a co-ed soccer team with some friends. Even though Gabe thought she was cute, Maddi was the one who ended up asking Gabe out, after a mutual friend let her know that Gabe was interested. For our first date, we grabbed sushi and went to the park. After that date, we spent the next 2 weeks hanging out almost every day. Maddi was going to school in St. George, so when the semester started, they took turns driving the 3 hours to see each other. During Christmas break, Gabe officially asked Maddi to be his girlfriend. At the end of the school year, Maddi transferred to UVU, ending the long-distance! Since then, we have enjoyed traveling, golfing, working out, spending time with friends, and enjoying the outdoors together. In December, we went on a family trip to Maui. Gabe had fully convinced Maddi that he didn't have the ring, but secretly, he had planned the most perfect proposal. She said yes (obviously)!!!! Thank you for celebrating our love!
