What is the dress code?

Answer

Think pastels and warm spring air!! One favor, we kindly ask all guests to refrain from creams or white to allow the wedding party to shine!!

The ceremony will be held indoors.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3pm. We kindly invite all guest to arrive between 2:30pm-2:45pm.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

NO photography during the ceremony! This time will be strategically covered by our wonderful photographer, Vanessa! We encourage you all to save those phone and camera batteries for the reception.

Dinner and Drinks

Answer

Dinner will be a family-style fried chicken moment!! Beverages will include tea (sweet and unsweet), lemonade, Sprite, Dr. Pepper, and Diet Coke. Of course water will be provided, but their are 2 water fountains as well located near the restrooms of the reception venue!

Different ceremony and reception venues?

Answer

YES!! Our ceremony will be held at the Rutherfordton Presbyterian Church, located at 252 N Washington St., Rutherfordton, NC, 28139. Our cocktail hour and reception will be at the Rutherfordton Clubhouse, located at 241 Clubhouse Dr., Rutherfordton, NC, 28139.

Parking

Answer

Ceremony parking will be the parking lot located on both sides of the church and across the street from the church. Reception parking will be the 2 lots located on site at the clubhouse! There is a roundabout lane that can be used for easier drop off and pick up for accessibility to the main entrance.

The Bar

Answer

We will be serving beer and wine. We will have the bar area closed during dinner to ensure our bartender has time to eat and restock before the night begins!
