We Are Getting Married!

In 2017, when I was young, suave officer I was working an overtime shift at the AMC movie theater. A cute manager in red glasses would talk to me every shift I would work. This was Lauren. In August of the same year she was leaving the theater to go to college at the University of Cincinnati, and I was lucky enough to work with her on her last shift. I left the theater and received a Facebook message from Lauren and one of her friends. Now it should be noted Lauren had a boyfriend at the time, but she was attempting to set me up with her friend. We all messaged for a few weeks in a group chat and I started to crush hard on Lauren. Lauren and I continued talking every day and I would send her the cheesiest pickup lines I could find, hoping it would peak her interest in me. They must have worked because she soon after broke up with her boyfriend and now was my shot. I decided to wait a few weeks to ask her on a date ( Lauren always says I almost missed my chance). I asked her out and she said she wanted to hang out first. She was nervous about a date with an older man as sexy as myself of course. So we decided to just "hang out". We grabbed dinner and watched Bad Boys ( because I only owned 10 dvd's). It went so well she agreed to a second date at Tom's Maze. That's when I knew this was going to be a woman I wanted to be with and could see my future with. Love at first corn maze? We have taken many adventures and then we made it to August of 2021......

...August 2021 we were lucky enough to take an amazing trip to Disney with Gabe's whole family. After a long day of exploring Animal Kingdom we rushed back to the hotel room, showered, changed, and went straight to Magic Kingdom for Boo Bash. Gabe talked us all into going to the center of the park to get nighttime photos in from of Cinderellas Castle. With some help from his mom and brother, Gabe managed to do it all, get the photo, the video and ask the question all with a crazy crowd cheering along behind us. A moment neither of us will ever forget.
