We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center, where the bride and groom will be staying Friday through Sunday. It’s just a short drive from the venue and has great amenities like a pool, lake, and fire pits. You must call to book and mention the Ealy Rentschler Wedding block to get the group rate. Yes, with just a small note! The ceremony space is a short walk from the parking area and includes a gravel path, so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes and taking your time. If you or a guest need assistance getting to the ceremony, please let us know—we're happy to help make accommodations. The reception will be held indoors in the Grand Lodge, which is ADA accessible and fully air-conditioned for everyone's comfort.

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. If your invitation includes a plus-one, it will be listed by name. We’ve thoughtfully planned for each guest, and we truly appreciate you honoring this part of our day.

Yes. We kindly ask that you put phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We have a wonderful photo team capturing everything, and your full presence means the world to us during this special moment.
