The museum will open doors for guests 15 minutes before the event begins at 6:00 pm. Timeline 6:00 pm — Ceremony (Membership Garden) 6:30–7:30 pm — Cocktail Hour (Sculpture Garden) 7:30–11:00 pm — Reception (Marly Room)

Venue: Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg (MFA) Address: 255 Beach Dr NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 Parking: Complimentary valet will be provided. Please note: The Tampa Bay Blues Festival next to the venue may cause heavier-than-normal congestion downtown. There will be traffic in Tampa as well! A country concert will be at Benchmark Arena and Tampa Bay Food Festival at Curtis Hixon park.

Ceremony and cocktail hour will take place in the museum courtyards. The reception will follow indoors. Surfaces: -Ceremony & Cocktail Hour — brick floors -Reception — hardwood floors

Food: Buffet-style dinner featuring flank steak or roasted chicken. Open Bar (6:30–10:45 pm): Wines: Hahn Pinot Gris Hahn Cabernet Sparkling: Baron d’Arignac Brut Beer: 3 Daughters Beach Blonde Ale Stella Artois Michelob Ultra Miller Lite Non-Alcoholic Beer options Spirits: Tito’s Vodka Bombay Gin Bacardi Superior Rum Sauza Blue Silver Blanco Tequila Dewar’s White Label Scotch Jim Beam Bourbon Vermouth & mixers Standard bar — no signature drinks (sorry, espresso martini lovers!) Coffee available upon request.

Guests are welcome to take photos leading up to the ceremony. We kindly ask everyone to unplug during the ceremony. Flash photography is strictly prohibited while touring the galleries.

Answer

Smoking is prohibited throughout the museum campus, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. Vaping is not allowed in the galleries, Great Hall, or any area containing works of art. Smoking must take place off the property, toward Beach Drive.
