What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive around 5:00 to accommodate time for parking and welcome drinks and conversations.

Please RSVP by August 31st. You can RSVP here on our website or by mail.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please do your best to adhere to our color code, which was provided via email. It does not need to be an exact match, we’re hoping to avoid clashing or bright colors. For shoes, please do not wear heels. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place on grass.

Can I bring a date?

Yes! Please indicate on your RSVP if you plan to bring a plus one.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, if you are traveling into town and would like to stay at the historic Brown Palace Hotel for a slight discount, Jason is able to provide discounted rooms as part of the room block for September 25th-September 27th. Availability may change, please inquire with direct contact to Jason.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, parking is free.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are booking a room as part of the room block at The Brown Palace, transport will be provided via shuttle. If you are staying somewhere else downtown and would like to join the shuttle, we’d love to try to work out the logistics. Please reach out.

We ask that you find accommodations for children 15 and below.

Should we be prepared to purchase our own beverages?

Answer

Drinks on us! The bar will be open for the duration of cocktail hour and the reception. Please tip the bartender!
