Cancun Airport (CUN)

Cancun Airport (CUN) is the closest to the wedding venue and resort. There is a complimentary shared-round trip transportation to and from the airport. If you wish to take advantage of this complimentary service, please send Vilma (the travel coordinator) your flight details to and from Cancun Airport (CUN) (screenshot of itinerary with dates, airline, flight number, flight times) no later than February 10th, 2021.

How to Book Your Room

You can contact the office at regular hours 9 am to 4 pm EST, Monday-Friday and Saturday- Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm by calling 1-888-537-9797 option 1. If you need to reach them outside of the regular hours you can leave a voice message with your number or send an email to weddings@playadelcarmen.com and they will get back to you as soon as possible.
