The Proposal

February 13, 2026

We had what I thought was just a beautifully planned date night, starting with a fancy dinner at Jin Jia, where we enjoyed an amazing Korean and Japanese meal together, laughing and soaking in the moment. Afterward, we drove down a quiet, empty road that felt straight out of a movie, and I couldn’t help but think, this might be it—but instead, we pulled into Dutch Bros, and I brushed off the feeling, thinking maybe I had read too much into it. When we finally got back home, I walked in completely unprepared and was instantly met with the most breathtaking surprise: candles glowing softly, red rose petals scattered everywhere, red heart balloons floating above, warm lights, a beautiful balloon arch, and a glowing “Will You Marry Me” neon sign. Before I could even process it all, my now fiancé greeted me with a bouquet of roses, looked at me with so much love, and began the sweetest, most heartfelt speech about how much I mean to him. Then, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him, presenting the most stunning radiant-cut diamond set on a gold ring—and in that unforgettable moment, everything felt absolutely perfect. DON'T FORGET TO SCROLL ALL THE WAY UP TO GO THROUGH ALL THE TABS. (3 LINES ON THE TOP RIGHT FOR PHONE USERS)
