FAQs

The Wedding Website of Ricardo Orsini and Gabriela Orsini
Question

When Should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our wedding planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is MARCH 5. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you). We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Question

What Should I Do If I Cannot Make It?

Answer

You will be definitely missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If You Have Already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify Gaby or Ricky as soon as you are aware.

Question

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!

Question

Is The Wedding Outside?

Answer

Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) the ceremony & cocktail hour will be outside, the reception will take place inside the venue. Please make sure to dress appropriately and keep hydrated throughout the day! We will be providing wedding parasols.

Question

What Is The Dress Code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie or slacks and a button down shirt with tie. Please no jeans, sneakers and of course no wearing white!

Question

Can I Bring A Plus One?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you have received a plus one, it will be specifically addressed within the invitation sent to you as "Your Name & Guest". Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Will There Be Accommodations For Guests With Mobility Challenges or Special Needs?

Answer

Absolutely! The venue provides golf carts. If you or anyone in your party requires assistance with walking or other accommodations, please let us know in advance so we can make sure you're comfortable and supported throughout the event.

Question

Will There Be A Bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be a wine, beer, and a liquor bar. We ask that you be patient, kind and respect our bartenders and to be responsible with your drinks!

Question

Where Should I Stay For The Event?

Answer

We thank you wholeheartedly for traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our "travel" tab to see hotels in the area. We also added a "Make A Trip Out Of It" tab that lists fun activities you can do during your stay!

Question

Are Children Allowed At The Wedding?

Answer

Yes! As this is a destination wedding, children are welcome to join us in celebrating. However, we kindly ask that parents take full responsibility for their little ones and ensure they are supervised at all times. It’s important to us that the ceremony and reception remain a peaceful and joyful experience for everyone, so we ask for your help in preventing any disruptions. If your child becomes upset or starts to cry during the ceremony, we gently encourage you to step away for a moment until they’re calm. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
