When and where is the wedding?

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan on arriving at 5:30PM so the ceremony can begin at 6PM.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Wedding Event: Black Tie. For the Gentlemen: A tuxedo with a bow tie is traditional with dress shoes. For the Ladies: A floor-length evening gown is preferred, but a chic cocktail dress or elegant formal jumpsuit is also appropriate. Welcome Party: Cocktail attire with splash of color. Think elegant, chic, and colorful. For the Gentlemen: A suit or dressy blazer with trousers—lighter fabrics like linen or cotton are great for Italy’s climate. Feel free to embrace color with a fun tie, pocket square, or even a bold jacket. Loafers or dress shoes (no sneakers, please!). For the Ladies: A knee-length or midi dress, a stylish jumpsuit, or an elegant skirt and top. Play with bright, bold colors—think Mediterranean blues, sunset oranges, or Tuscan yellows.

Are children allowed?

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. The only exceptions are our immediate family’s children. We hope you can enjoy a fun night out with us!

What if I need to change my RSVP?

Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. We would like to have RSVP's finalized by June 1.

Are there hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing a promo code from Hotel Locarno which is where our welcome party will be on the rooftop on August 31st. However, there are plenty of hotel accommodations across Rome. We have a few suggestions on the Travel tab of the website.

What’s the best way to get to the venue?

Answer

We recommend a taxi or uber. Please allow extra time as this year in Rome is Jubilee and will be a bit more crowded. We recommend giving yourself 30 min at least.

What's the best way to get home from the venue?

Answer

We recommend calling an uber or taxi. However, we will have shuttles taking guests back to central areas in Rome. Space on the shuttles is limited.

Do you have vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

Yes, we will have dietary accommodations. Please let us know your preference when you RSVP.

Absolutely! Bring your dancing shoes!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will take place outdoors in a beautiful garden—weather permitting! If Mother Nature has other plans, we’ll move everything indoors to keep everyone comfortable.
