FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions Please read the below to help answer any questions you might have about our wedding.
Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

In accordance with our venue agreement and very careful planning, we are only able to accommodate the guests who are specifically named on their invitation. We are so grateful to celebrate with our closest family and friends and we kindly ask that you enjoy the evening with the loved ones in attendance.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Our wedding will remain an adults-only event, with the exception of immediate family's children, who have been chosen to be our flower girls and ring-bearers. Only guests who are listed on the invitation will be able to attend. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal. We hope to take lots of pictures to remember this day forever and want our guests to look and feel their best! For men, a tuxedo is optional. Otherwise a suit and tie is a great choice. For women, a classic floor length gown is a great choice. However, a midi length dress is also appropriate. We ask that all guests refrain from wearing white, ivory, or cream colored attire. Please also avoid causal clothing items such as jeans, short cocktail dresses, or sandals.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all guests RSVP by November 30th, 2026 to ensure we have an accurate headcount for our venue. If something changes after you submit your RSVP, you should contact us promptly. If we do not receive an RSVP by the above date, we will have to assume you can not attend. You will not be included in the headcount for our wedding and we will miss you.

Question

Where do we send or put our wedding gift?

Answer

If you would like to honor us with a gift, please see the "Registry" tab on our website for more information. Any physical gift will be sent to our home address that is linked to the registry. There will also be a card box available at our cocktail hour and reception should you bring a card to the wedding.

Question

Is parking available?

Answer

For your convenience, valet service will be provided at our venue. Guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight if needed, but all vehicles must be picked up by 10:00am the following morning. We highly recommend car-pooling with other guests, or scheduling a lyft/uber should you be planning on drinking throughout the night. We appreciate your cooperation and want everyone to have a safe and stress-free evening!

Question

Will the wedding festivities be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be outdoors, the cocktail hour will be both indoor/outdoor and the wedding reception will take place fully indoors. Guests will walk down a paved path onto a short bridge to reach the ceremony island. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended. While we will be in Florida, it will be January, so keep an eye on your weather app in case you feel you'll need a light shaw or long sleeves for example.
