The heart of San Salvador, El Centro Historico, is a vibrant mix of history, art, and modern charm and one of our favorite places in the city. It's where we took our Save the Date photos! Wander through its restored plazas, admire the beautiful architecture, and don't miss local gems like the first Starbucks insignia in all of Latin America, located right in the heart of downtown, and BINAES, El Salvador's stunning 24/7 public library, the first of its kind, free and open to everyone. It's the perfect place to feel the city's energy, sip a coffee, and see how San Salvador beautifully blends tradition with modern, welcoming spirit.
Sunset Park
A must for view-lovers! Sunset Park offers oceanfront rides, restaurants, and breathtaking Pacific sunsets. Stroll along the boardwalk, grab an ice cream, and watch the sky turn gold and pink. It's the perfect spot to unwind and feel the magic of El Salvador's coast.
El Tunco Beach
A world-famous surf town and a local favorite! Playa El Tunco is known for its laid-back vibe, stunning sunsets, and vibrant nightlife. Enjoy a beachside drink, explore the rock formations that inspired its name ("El Tunco" means the "the pig"), or just relax to the sound of the waves. It's the perfect mix of adventure and chill.

A vibrant and fun stop for the adventurous at heart! The Rainbow Slide offers stunning mountain views, colorful photo spots, and a thrilling ride down one of El Salvador's most Instagram-famous slides. It's a perfect quick stop to add a splash of color to your trip. Don't forget your camera!
Santa Ana Volcano
For the adventurous at heart, hiking Santa Ana Volcano is an unforgettable experience! The trail leads to the largest and most active volcano in El Salvador, with breathtaking views of the turquoise crater lake at the top. The hike takes about 4 hours roundtrip and is best done early in the morning. The views are unreal!
