We’re getting married!

On June 2nd, 2018, Omar attended a graduation party at his co-worker, Diego’s, house. Gaby’s friend, Regina, and her husband Robert, also attended. Omar was hesitant to go as he knew Diego would be busy entertaining his guests, and he wouldn’t know anyone else. But upon hearing there would be free tacos he was highly intrigued. When Omar showed up, he dashed over to the taco man, and made small talk with Robert. Since he was flying solo, he needed somewhere to sit. He asked Robert if he could join him at his table. Robert said, “Sure, my wife is sitting over there at that table.” Omar made his way over to the table and introduced himself to Regina. Regina immediately asked, “Where’s your girlfriend?” Omar stated he didn’t have a girlfriend, and that he was there alone. And so began the matchmaking interrogation process. It’s as if a lightbulb went off in Regina’s head. Regina’s questions included marital status, employment, criminal record and credit score. She took a picture of Robert and Omar together and sent it to the girls (Gaby, Judy, and Lisa). Judy and Lisa approved for Regina to give Omar Gaby’s number. Although he’s the Mexican Fabio, Gaby still wasn’t quite sure. The next morning, Gaby awoke to a missed text that read, “Hi Gaby, this is Omar, ” and a picture attached. This was the start to their love story. Oh, did I mention a month prior a psychic predicted to Gaby that she would meet a man who’s name would start with the letter “O”, he would have broad shoulders like a fotball player, over 6 feet tall, work in the field of law, and works long hours because he loves his job? Most of what she predicted was true, except for the green eyes.
