Gabriel and Robert met in July 2019 on an online site where people could meet and greet one another! Needless to say, it was not love at first sight as it is quoted that Robert believed that Gabriel looked like a "pastor" and a "nerd" and Gabriel didn't even know what Altavista was, much less a town an hour and a half away from Radford, VA. When Gabriel and Robert met, Gabriel was working at Radford University, and Robert was working at Frito Lay on the 3rd shift, so most of their conversations occurred between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 4:00 a.m., where they would discuss life, goals, and their futures. After getting to know each other via the app, text, and Facebook Messenger, Robert and Gabriel decided to meet in person on November 4, 2019, at Rocas Mexican Grill in Radford, VA, and the two have been inseparable ever since! Robert and Gabriel share a great love for one another and for spending time with family and friends! Gabriel and Robert have taken many adventures and walks together, but they are most excited for their walk down the aisle as it will lead to the adventure of a life of happiness and obstacles that they are prepared to face together! Gabriel and Robert have decided their wedding colors are yellow and blue because the sun is the highest peak of their love together and the ocean represents not only the deepest valley of their love, but they know there are extreme highs and lows in a relationship.
