Well basically we owe it all to Jesus... and also to Benjamin and Bree for being His vessels in kindling this union. Gabe's dedicated younger brother has been on the lookout for a possible wife for his bro ever since I met him. Benjamin texted me in October of last year with a slew of photos of the dashing man and told me he was good with kids, that he had a range of other admirable qualities, and he was single, and asked if I was interested. After inquiring as to how tall he was (not that it matters, right?) and a few other extremely important questions I told him that I was down but also a bit confused considering he was living in HAWAII and I was living in NEW YORK CITY. Benjamin said, "if you're even the slightest bit interested, I will move mountains so that you two can meet." Gabe (also called Yosi) began to reach out to me via facebook messenger (we're millennials, we know, ok?) and thus began a wonderfully grace-covered, intentional friendship.. which turned into a relationship. Three months in we triangulated positions to meet face to face while I was on tour with Legally Blonde the Musical in Phoenix, Arizona as per Benjamin's plan all along. This was disguised as a trip to fly in to see his brothers and nieces and nephews but let's be real.. it was also to make sure I didn't look like a troll in person (and for me to confirm that he was actually 5'11"). Three days in Phoenix was enough for us both to realize we were ready to start planning for a possible future and when I finished my tour I flew right out here and got settled in because I already knew I'd found the man of my dreams (BONUS: HE LIVES IN HAWAII). So here we are. And also it's not a big deal or anything but we haven't kissed each other. Ever. So when you come to our wedding and see us at the altar it's literally going to be our first kiss so don't judge us if we look like we don't know what we're doing. We hope to see you there!
