What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 p.m. We recommend you arrive by 4:30 p.m. to ensure you're seated on time.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire! We kindly ask that men wear suits with ties. Ladies can choose a midi dress, a shorter cocktail dress, or a jumpsuit.

Is the wedding taking place indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Please dress accordingly and check weather conditions leading up to the event. We'll move indoors for dinner and dancing!

Will transportation be provided?
Answer
Yes! A shuttle will run between The Inverness Hotel and The Oaks. It will leave the hotel at 4:00 p.m. sharp to get everyone to the venue on time. There will be two return shuttles - one at 10:00 p.m. and another at midnight to take guests back to the hotel.

Can I bring a guest?
Answer
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only allow the guests formally invited on your invitation. All invited guests will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding! Feel free to reach out with any questions.

How and when should I rsvp by?
Answer
To RSVP, please click the "RSVP" tab on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear for you to mark as attending or declining. Please RSVP by July 18, 2025.

What should I do if I can't make it?
Answer
You’ll be missed! If you’re unable to attend, please RSVP as “will not attend” as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Do I have to stay in the hotel block?
Answer
No, you don't! The Denver area has plenty of great hotels and Airbnbs. Just note that the shuttle will only run between The Inverness Hotel and our venue.

Yes, absolutely! Please indicate your dietary restrictions when you RSVP online.

Can I drive to the wedding?

Absolutely! There is a parking lot available on-site for guests who choose to drive.
