Airports

I recommend flying into the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) or Dulles International Airport (IAD) and then driving down. You can also fly into the Charlottesville Albemarle Airport, which is smaller and closer to the venue.

Transportation

If you are flying in, please consider renting a car, as we will not provide transportation. These services are readily available at any airport. You can also use Uber, Lyft, or another cab service, but they are unreliable due to low numbers in the area.

This hotel is centrally located in downtown Staunton. You may use the booking link for discounted room rates. Please note that the hotel is not holding any rooms and the rate depends on room availability. You are obviously not obligated to stay here, but if you would like to, please book ASAP!
