We never expected to meet our forever person while managing a Greek restaurant in the middle of a pandemic. But thanks to The Gyro Shack and a couple of amazing bosses, we ended up working side by side, and the rest is history. What started with friendly chats while making gyros and a shared frustration about never having enough employees quickly turned into years of love and adventure. Over the past five years, we’ve finished school, started our careers, and built a life together one day at a time. Now we can’t wait to celebrate our next big adventure, getting married, with all of our favorite people there to share it with.
