Five words: whipped feta and prosciutto toast. Retrograde offers coffee, breakfast, and lunch. There are several locations so check your maps for the one closest to you.
Another Nashville staple, Reid and Gabi have spent many breakfast dates here. They offer coffee, pastries, and lunch too! There are several locations so check your maps for the one closest to you.
Walk-up coffee spot on the north end of Germantown, one of Gabi and Reid's favorite neighborhoods. There are two locations so check the map to see which one is closest to you!
A beautiful greenhouse bar where you will find yourself surrounded by plants. We love to go here for a cocktail and quick dinner.
The best Korean food Nashville has to offer. Even if you have never had Korean food - this is the place to try! We strongly recommend the Korean fried chicken. They also offer unique drinks, desserts, and soju. And Babo just happens to be across the street from our wedding venue.
We highly recommend Tio Fun for savory, unique Mexican fare. Their entry in the Nasvhille Burger Festival was Reid's favorite out of 20 burgers. (No, he did not eat 20 whole burgers). The carnita melt is also a favorite.
A classy establishment where not a single thing on the menu isn't delicious. Reid and Gabi have gone to 5th & Taylor for our anniversary for three years straight! And trust us, dessert here is always worth it.
A gin bar that feels like you just stepped back to the past in a circus-inspired speakeasy. Delicious cocktails abound. We suggest making a reservation!
High-quality cocktails in a lounge setting, hospitality is The Patterson House's forte.
Unique cocktails & a superior vibe.
Another cocktail bar with great vibes — it's dark, quiet, and has a menu several inches thick.
Enjoy the beautiful May weather by taking a walk through the historic Cheekwood Garden. The perfect place to stop and smell the roses.
If you have time, I highly recommend the National Museum of African American Music. Deeply immersive and enriching, the depth of knowledge and attention to detail in this museum is astounding and so worth a trip.
A Nashville staple - one of our most loved bookstores owned by Pulitzer Prize winning author, Ann Patchett.
A bookstore, a record store, a hidden gem store. Every item sold at McKay's is secondhand and you can find popular books in every genre you could ever imagine, at the half the price of a normal bookstore. Be sure to carve out a few hours, it's huge and, speaking from experience, you will get lost in the shelves.
