How do I book my room?

A room block at the resort has been arranged from Friday, July 18-Monday, July 21. When you are ready to book your room, you can contact our travel agent Marie directly to choose your accommodations. Let her know you're reaching out about booking one of the rooms for Gabi Soroka & Jon Rahman's wedding block at the Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya in July. Prices for the rooms are all-inclusive, meaning it includes all you can eat and drink (including alcoholic beverages!) for the entirety of your stay. Roundtrip shuttle transportation to and from the Cancun airport is also included! There are 3 room categories included in the block: King Suite from July 18-21, 2025 - cost is $871 per person based on double occupancy. Double Suite from July 18-21, 2025 - cost is $895.23 per person based on double occupancy. Tropical View King Suite from July 18-21, 2025 - cost is $920.23 per person based on double occupancy. Is there a group flight?

Answer

Yes! A group flight is available with United Airlines. The flight is nonstop from Newark, NJ to Cancun. 7/18/25 Depart Newark 8:48am Arrive Cancun 11:54am 7/21/25 Depart Cancun 5:55pm Arrive Newark 10:59pm Ticket cost is $619.38 roundtrip per person. If you are interested in booking the group flight, please let Marie know when booking your accommodations.

How do I get from the Cancun airport to the resort? (And from the resort back to the Cancun airport when returning home?)

Answer

The resort is located about 25 miles from the Cancun airport. A shuttle service to and from the airport is included when booking your accommodations at the resort! If you choose not to take the group flight, Marie will ask your flight information so she can coordinate shuttle transportation at your arrival and departure times.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal Destination Wedding Attire. Gentlemen: We suggest button down shirts and pants in lightweight materials such as linen. Jackets optional. Ladies: We suggest mid-length to long dresses in breathable materials. Outfit inspiration photos can be found on the Dress Code tab. Please note: the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be held outdoors on the beach in the sand (weather permitting)! Please keep this in mind when choosing footwear. While the rest of your outfit may be elevated, going barefoot is acceptable!
