Are kids welcome?

For our special day, we have decided to keep our wedding adults-only. We hope you understand and can still celebrate with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot behind the venue, two parking lots within walking distance, and street parking available. All parking is free on weekends!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family in formal attire! All colors and patterns are welcomed- except white for the women of course!

Can I take photos?

Answer

In order for guests to be fully present with us, we are having an unplugged ceremony. Our professional photographer will capture every special moment and we will of course, share these photos with you afterwards! Following the ceremony, we would love for you to capture our special day and encourage photos!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your invitation can be accommodated.

How do I book the hotel under the couples reserved block?

Answer

To book the Hilton Garden Inn at the discounted rate, you can call the hotel directly to book at (304) 263 – 0101 or go to the hotel website. Our block is under the name "Vaughn wedding block."

Where can I park?

Answer

There are 3 local parking lots, one behind the venue on the corner of Burke St. and Maple Ave., one on the corner of Spring St. and Burke St. and one on the corner of Spring St. and Martin St. There is also free parking on Queen st. during the weekends!
