When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. The deadline to RSVP is XXXXXXX If we do not receive your RSVP by this date we will mark you as a “no” as we need to provide the venue with a final head count.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal. We kindly ask that all females wear knee length or longer dresses. Floral and spring colors are encouraged. We ask that males wear dress pants, a button up shirt and tie. Suit jackets are optional. The bridesmaids will be in a periwinkle, groomsmen in charcoal.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, if a plus one is not indicated on your invitation we can not accommodate extras.

Are children allowed?

Answer

With the exception of immediate family involved in the wedding, no additional children will be allowed.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having and unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that all phones and cameras are stored away during our ceremony. We paid good money for our photographers and will be sure to share the photos with you. After the ceremony is over, you are welcomed to take as many pictures as you would like.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

We will be doing a consumption bar. This will include all soft drinks, alcoholic drinks and non alcoholic drinks. Our goal is to cover the cost of drinks through out the entire night. However, if things get carried away, the bar will turn to a cash bar. An ATM is available on site. Tips are strongly encouraged

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside. There will be continued access to outside throughout the reception as well. Pending any significant inclement weather, the event will remain outside so please dress accordingly.
