SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE VENUE

May 26, 2022 3:30 pm - 11:00 pm

We are renting a motor coach from Blue River Transportation & Events (sits up to 55 people). We will also use two of the hotel's shuttles as necessary. Transportation to the venue from the hotel (Holiday Inn Express located at 610 Genoa Way, Castle Rock, CO 80109) will be arriving at 3:30pm and depart at 3:45pm. This will be the only transportation going to the venue so please be sure you are on it! The motor coach will take you back to the hotel from the venue in various waves. We have the bus until the end of the night, and the bus can take as many trips as needed back to the hotel! If anyone has any questions, let us know! My cell is 269-716-8001.

This will be the primary hotel, but there is another hotel right next door where we will have another wedding block reserved. Discount code and hotel link provided in the details. The motor coach and shuttles will arrive at this location at 3:30pm. The motor coach and shuttles will leave by 3:45pm, so please be sure you are there!
