Is there a dress code?

Black Tie | All Black We invite our guests to dress in black-tie attire and kindly encourage an all-black color palette for a timeless, elegant look. Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are encouraged, though we welcome any black formalwear that makes you feel your best. Suggested attire — from black tuxedos and floor-length gowns to sleek suits, midi and cocktail dresses, or polished separates.

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

All events will take place indoor in the International Ballroom at the JW Marriott. Guests are invited to join us for the ceremony at 5:00pm, followed by cocktail hour and reception. Cocktail hour will be held just outside the ballroom.

What is the wedding day timeline?

4:30pm — Guest Arrival 5:00pm — We say "I do" 5:30pm — Cocktail Hour 6:30pm — Reception Space Opens 6:45pm — Dinner & Speeches 8:00pm — Dance Floor! 11:30pm — Bars Close 12:00am — Reception Ends & Farewells We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

The JW Marriott has an attached parking ramp. The City Skywalk bridge is located on level 3 of the parking ramp. Walking over on the bridge will bring you to floor 2 of the hotel and lead you right to the International Ballroom. You can also park with valet. There are unlimited in/out privileges with ramp and valet parking. Self-parking in the ramp: $45 per night Valet parking: $49 per night

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please let us know if you'll be joining us by July 1, 2026. Kindly complete the form in the "RSVP" section of our website. If we do not receive your RSVP by July 1st, we will unfortunately assume that you are unable to attend.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We would love to celebrate with everyone! Due to venue capacity, we can only include the guests listed on your formal invitation. If you were given a plus one, you will see the option to add your guest when completing your RSVP. If your plus one is unable to attend, please let us know. Thank you for understanding.
