Jonah has been my best friend since high school, and over the years he has become more like family than a friend. He’s a little Jewish nerd with a gerbil running laps in his head, always full of thoughts, jokes, and schemes. What makes Jonah stand out is his loyalty and his sincerity, even if he delivers it with a sharp edge. He is trustworthy, funny, and just enough of an asshole to keep everyone on their toes. There’s nobody else I’d rather have standing next to me on this day.

Mae has been my best friend since high school, and no matter how much time passes, it always feels like we pick up right where we left off. Life has taken us in different directions, but we still make it a point to see each other for dinner at least once a month, and those evenings remind me of just how special our bond is. She is thoughtful, supportive, and constant in a way that makes her feel more like family than a friend. I am so grateful to have her by my side on this day and always.
