Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Semi-Formal. Floral dresses and dressy casual suits are encouraged for the whimsical occasion but not required! The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside weather permitting, so thin heels are not recommended.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love all of the little ones, we have decided to have our wedding be an adult-only occasion.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

For guests that choose to stay at Batavia Downs, there will be a shuttle to and from, more details to follow.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Additional plus-ones will not be allowed as we’d like to keep the guest list to our closest family and friends. The name of each guest invited will be clearly stated on the invitations.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is a large lot to accommodate all of the invitees.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm, so we recommend arriving about 30 min before then to allow for adequate time to find a seat etc.

Am I allowed to take photos or videos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding ceremony “unplugged” and refrain from taking photos or videos. Following the ceremony you are welcome to take as many as you’d like!
