No, we're not twins, though we get that a lot. With a six year age difference between us Chelsea usually took the role of my "protector" growing up, and our relationship has only gotten stronger since then. I have been blessed and spoiled to have Chelsea as my roommate these past five years living in our very first apartment together. Pasttimes include in depth discussions about morality when we should both be in bed, bursting into song from words said in conversation, and baking "ChelseaSafe" treats together. Chelsea is pretty much the nicest, most considerate human being on the planet, so finding someone equally kind and considerate (who could also survive a week-long "road-trip" to New York) was quite a feat ; I can say with confidence that now she has. Welcome to the family, Gabe.

I'm Gareth, a software developer for Microsoft, and I’ve known Gabriel my whole life, as Gabriel’s younger brother. We both attended the same elementary, middle, high school, and university, just 2 years apart from each other. We even got the same degree, though with different specializations. I fondly remember playing with Lego together and scaring him with my sleep talk. He's a great and kind brother to me, and I know he'll be a great and kind husband to Chelsea.

I am the middle sister and mama to the flower girl. I love exploring San Antonio with my little sidekick and my hubby, Dan. Traveling to far off places and experiencing new cultures is my favorite thing to do, though these days I just plan vacations for fun. I admire how passionately Chelsea has always pursued what is important to her, often leading her down the roads less traveled. I know she will show that unwavering devotion in her marriage. Watching her love story with Gabe unfold has been delightful and I am so happy to welcome him to the family.

I met Gabe in the summer of 2013 at my first real job out of college where we bonded over our appreciation of good food and board games. I know that I can count on Gabe for recommendations for either of those things to this day. I have so many great memories with Gabe that it’s hard to choose just one. His Tres Leches Cake (where one of the Leches is Rum) will stay in my memory for a long time. I couldn’t have been happier when Gabe told me about his relationship with Chelsea, and I look forward to sharing many meals and game nights with the two of them!

Although Gabe and I were only colleagues or acquitances nearly 7 years ago, we have since become great friends. Gabe, the University of Texas Longhorn, had to take on the role of tour guide of Austin for this Texas A&M Aggie. We have gone on several adventures together from going out to enjoy a cheap burger or a new restaurant to traversing white water rapids! I am excited to play this small part of Gabe AND Chelsea's new adventure!
