Gabe and Bella officially met senior year of high school, though their paths had crossed long before—they went to middle school together and even had sophomore chemistry together. However, Bella admits she wasn’t a fan of Gabe sophomore year; she thought he was annoying and a teacher’s pet. She would “jokingly” complain to her mom about him every day. Fate, however, had other plans. Bella first truly noticed Gabe when he held the door open for her during their senior year Gov. class. Soon after a month of texting, he asked her to homecoming with a turquoise teapot from their favorite show, The Office. They spent the next six months getting to know each other and quickly become inseparable. Though some thought the odds were against them, Gabe and Bella remained grounded in their faith, keeping God at the center of their relationship. By His grace, they began dating on March 16th, 2022. After three wonderful years together, Gabe proposed on September 21st, 2025. During those years, they experienced so many milestones together—attending college, Bella’s baptism, and growing stronger in faith and love. Now, as they prepare to step into this next chapter, a new door opens for these soon-to-be newlyweds, ready to begin their life as one.
