Please arrive at the venue no later than 15-30 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow time for you to park (unless you're Ubering or have alternate transportation), sign the guestbook, and find your seat. Music will be playing and refreshments available! Guests arriving after 2:00pm will not be able to enter the ceremony. For those guests shuttling, pick up will be at 1:15pm sharp from The Double Tree for arrival at the venue at 1:50pm.

Yes! There is room for about 100 people to park their vehicles. Parking will be in designated fields. However, if you plan on drinking, please consider utilizing Uber or carpooling with an individual who will be sober at the end of the night. We want all of our guests to arrive and leave in a safe manner!
We will be finalizing the bus list closer to the event date. All guests staying at the hotel are priority, we are being as fair as possible. After RSVPs are in, we will post the guests allowed to ride the shuttle to and from. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! Please party accordingly and have a way to get home safely! If you have a very specific taste, feel free to bring your own drink. But we will have the basics covered for you to create what you’d like to enjoy!
The only request we make is to please put your phones away during the CEREMONY. We have hired incredible photographers and videographers to capture our ceremony and would love for you to be present when we say "I do." However, please feel free to take photos throughout the evening otherwise! A photo booth will also be present!
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, there will be a place to share who your plus one will be when you RSVP. If you don't, please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you so much for understanding!
We love kids, especially all of your little ones! However, we would appreciate that you have a babysitter on the night of our wedding. We decided to keep the reception an adults-only event. We hope you understand and take the opportunity to enjoy the night off with us! Children are more than welcome at the ceremony, but please have babysitters pick them up before reception. If you are attending from out of town, we would love to help find a local sitter! Please let us know in advance and we can coordinate!
Smoking and vaping will be allowed outdoors only. Please dispose of butts/wrappers responsibly in dedicated bins to avoid a fine from the Venue.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We will need to provide our vendors and the venue exact numbers by a certain date. While I will send out reminders, please be sure to RSVP as soon as possible!
