Kindly RSVP by March 20th, 2025 using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab in the menu above. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume you are unable to attend. If you cannot make it- we know not everyone can make the travel for our wedding. However, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. You will be missed dearly!!
The ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Please arrive between 4:15 pm to 4:45 pm to mingle with guests and find your seat.
Transportation to and from the rehearsal dinner and the wedding will be provided. In order to receive transportation please let Gabby know where you are staying so we can schedule pick up times! If you do not contact Gabby we will assume you are driving to the venue. Parking is available at The Watson House and Gardens if you choose to drive. Cars can be left at the venue and picked up before 12 pm on May 4th.
We love your little ones- however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of some children in immediate family. So, unless your children are listed on your invite when you RSVP to the event, this is an adult only event. We hope you understand and encourage you to use this as a fun weekend trip for yourself!
All invitations have been addressed specifically to the people that we would love to have at our wedding to celebrate with us! If your guest name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close family and friends.
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We ask that you wear formal attire. Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and maxi dresses. Please no jeans or khakis and avoid shades of white. The ceremony and reception will take place on grass outside, so please take this into consideration when choosing footwear!
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will occur mostly outdoors and underneath the tent. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on the grass, so choose your footwear accordingly! The Rehearsal Dinner on Friday will be both indoors and outdoors.

Jacksonville airport and New Bern Airport are both about 30-60 minutes away from Emerald Isle! Raleigh is about 2.5 hours away, so you would have to rent a car. Both the airports in Raleigh and Charlotte have connecting flights into Jacksonville throughout the day! The last option would be to fly into Wilmington, which is about 1.5 hours away from Emerald Isle!
There is very little public parking on Emerald Isle . If you need to park to go to the beach it would be best to park at the public lot near The Islander Hotel.
