What date should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you please RSVP as soon as possible but no later than July 25th. If an RSVP is not provided by this date, a "no" will be counted for you and or your party.

Where is the ceremony and reception venue?
Answer
Our ceremony and reception will be held at Boulder Flower Farms. The address is 4114 Oxford Road Longmont, CO 80503.

What time does the ceremony start?
Answer
The ceremony will promptly begin at 3:30 PM and guests are welcome start arriving at 3:00 PM. We kindly ask that you plan your travel in advance to avoid any delays or traffic, we'd hate for you to miss the moment!

What is the easiest way to get to and from the venue?
Answer
We recommend taking an Uber to the venue using code "Garcia-Herko Wedding”. Limited vouchers will be available beginning at 2:00 PM until 1:30 AM. Should you choose to drive to the venue, complimentary parking is offered onsite.

Will there be a shuttle to and from the venue?
Answer
Since our guests are staying at various locations, a shuttle to the venue will not be offered. We recommend using the voucher code on Uber for transportation. Stay tuned for post reception transportation details.

What is the dress code for our wedding?
Answer
We're embracing elegant garden party vibes. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing jeans or shorts. Since evenings can get chilly, we recommend bringing a jacket or layer to stay warm. Our venue features plenty of grassy areas, so please choose your footwear with that in mind.

Are plus-ones and children allowed?
Answer
While we love and appreciate all of our friends and family, our venue has limited capacity. We kindly ask that only guests formally included in your party attend. Your invitation will include all details regarding your party. If you have any questions or special circumstances, please reach out to the bride or groom in advance. We appreciate your understanding and helping us keep our celebration as planned!

Where is the after party located?
Answer
Please join us directly after the reception to continue to the celebration at Junkyard Social. The address is 2525 Frontier Ave. Boulder, CO 80301. Transportation details to follow.

Have we reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?
Answer
We have reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Boulderado near Pearl Street. The hotel is about 20 minuets from the venue. Please call the hotel directly and mention “Garcia-Herko wedding” for an exclusive rate.

Where are we registered for gifts?
Answer
Your presence on our wedding day means the world to us. If you'd like to celebrate this new chapter with us, we'd be deeply grateful for a contribution toward our honeymoon, which we're delaying due to military commitments. You'll find additional registry details in our registry section. Thank you for being part of our journey.

Are phones allowed at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you keep phones away during the ceremony so we can all be fully present to enjoy the mountain views and this special moment together. The photographer, and our maid(s) of honor, will appreciate it! Feel free to capture all the fun once cocktail hour begins.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
Rain or shine, the celebration continues! A wet knot is harder to untie.
