Is there a hotel block?

Yes, we have a block at the Even Hotel! You can either call them to book at 708-444-1100 and reference the Mattingly/Stuart Wedding or you can book through the website: http://www.evenhotels.com/chitinleypark and use code MSW!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We suggest formal attire!

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside on the 18th green of the golf course. Cocktail hour will be held outside on the second floor balcony and the reception will be inside in the main ballroom.

Where can I park? Can I leave my car parked overnight?

Answer

Free parking is available at the venue. Midlothian Country Club also offers a valet service. Yes! You can leave your car overnight.

While we love your little ones, we have decided to make this an adults only wedding. Thank you for understanding!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If you have received a plus one, it will be indicated on your formal invitation. When RSVP'ing on this website, you will be prompted to RSVP for yourself and for your plus one.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please plan to arrive around 4:45 pm as the ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm.
