Adults guests will have the choice of three dinner options, and children will have a preset option of chicken tenders with fries and fruit. The adult choices are: - Chicken Piccata: Chicken breast seasoned and sauteed with a lemon caper butter sauce. - Chef Carved Top Round of Beef: Herb encrusted and slow oven-roasted top round with horseradish cream sauce and au jus. - Chesapeake Garden Ratatouille: Local corn cake topped with a Ratatouille made with zucchini, eggplant, peppers and tomatoes finished with chive creme fraiche. All dinner choices will be served with a starch and vegetable.
Formal attire is dressier than cocktail attire but not quite as fancy as black tie. For women, mid calf to floor length dresses are encouraged. For a warm weather fall wedding, fun prints and color (pastels or brighter colors) are great options! The bridal party will be wearing green if you'd llike to avoid matching. For men, a suit and tie or bow tie with dress shoes are the best option!
