Where is the Wedding?
Answer
The entire wedding (ceremony, cocktail hour & reception) will be taking place at the Grand Geneva Resort, at the Chalet.

When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by June 15, 2026.
Question
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive between 3:45-4:00pm. The ceremony will start at 4:15pm.
Question
What should I wear?
Answer
Cocktail attire! This includes a suit, sport coat, button up shirt, slacks, dresses, jumpsuits or pant suits. We want to see all our friends and family slay! We kindly ask you do not wear casual tops or bottoms (i.e. jeans, shorts, polos, or t-shirts).

Is the wedding inside or outside?
Answer
The ceremony will be outside. Cocktail hour will be both inside and outside. The reception will be inside (with air conditioning) with the addition of an outdoor patio.

Grand Geneva Trolley
Answer
If you are staying at the Grand Geneva, they have a complimentary trolley service for guests. The trolley will pick you up in front of the lobby and take you right to the Chalet where the wedding will be taking place. There is no schedule for the trolley, rather you will either want to tell the front desk you need a ride or call directly 262.248.8811. The trolley will run until midnight on August 22.

Will there be parking?
Answer
Yes! There is an entire parking lot at the ski chalet where both the ceremony and reception will take place.

Can I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately due to space, we can only accommodate those listed on your Invitation and RSVP.

Can I bring my children?
Answer
The only children that will be present are those who are in the wedding party. We kindly ask that you leave your kiddos at home and take the night off to celebrate with us!
Question
Do I have to lodge at the Grand Geneva?
Answer
You do not need to lodge at the Grand Geneva, but we will have a hotel block for guests who would like to. In the Travel tab of our website multiple hotels and lodging options have been listed. We highly recommend you do not wait until the last minute to book a place to stay because Lake Geneva will be in its peak season. So the sooner you book a place to stay the better.
Question
When can I check in if I stay at the Grand Geneva?
Answer
If you’re staying at the Grand Geneva, check-in is at 4pm. If you’re staying just for the night on Saturday, please call ahead of time to see if they can accommodate an early check-in and/or let them know you’re checking in and will be attending the Collien + Loth wedding and they will check you in. You will be able to pick up your keys after the wedding. This is important to note because our ceremony will start at 4:15pm.
