We recommend staying at this hotel for the weekend. There is a block on rooms but you must call and request the block for Madden-Muniz. If you would only like to stay ONE NIGHT on Saturday you have to CALL and book. House Or Rental
There are options available to rent a house in the area as well. Again, we recommend booking early as this is a beach town in summer months!
Train
For people coming from New York City the Amtrak goes directly to Old Saybrook. The resort is about an 8 minute Uber or taxi ride. We have people staying locally and there is a hotel shuttle if you need help getting a ride to the resort! Additionally, if you are coming in from New York on the train Saturday morning and plan on coming directly to the ceremony you should book your ticket to arrive in New London. The church is walking distance from the station but if you have bags please let us know and we can arrange for someone to pick you up and bring you to the church.
